With our interactive freight forwarding courses, learning is finally fun again. Short knowledge tests assess the material learned, and our certificates confirm completion of the courses. Legal training materials are also available on our learning management system. Furthermore, we are happy to create customized courses and training programs tailored to your specific needs. You can then integrate these into your existing learning management system or access them directly through SPEDIFORT.
Are the freight forwarding rates updated regularly?
We place the highest value on keeping our freight forwarding courses up-to-date. As soon as there are changes in legislation or new developments in the technical field, these are integrated or adapted accordingly in our freight forwarding courses – completely free of charge for you, of course.
Do I need speakers for the forwarding courses from SPEDIFORT?
Many of our freight forwarding courses include videos that reinforce or illustrate the course content. Even if you are unable to use speakers or headphones, you can still complete the courses effectively, as the content is adequately covered in the corresponding chapters.
I have my own LMS (Learning Management System). Can I still take freight forwarding courses?
Yes. If you want to integrate our freight forwarding courses into your own learning management system, you can purchase the corresponding "Scorm" files. IMPORTANT: You are subsequently responsible for updates and modifications. Alternatively, you can obtain updates and modifications directly from us.
How long will the implementation take?

In the first three chapters, we explain SPEDIFORT and its benefits for your company; the following chapters deal with implementation. What funding opportunities are available for SPEDIFORT's freight forwarding courses?
The Federal Employment Agency provides funding for various measures to different groups of people. What is funded? Who is eligible for funding? Funding programs are offered for: general continuing education, job seekers, education premium, continuing education for the unemployed, the unemployed and job seekers, employees who can avert impending dismissal through further training, education vouchers, continuing education for specific groups such as low-skilled or older employees and the unemployed according to WeGebAU.
What requirements do I have to meet to receive the education voucher?
In principle, you must be able to answer one of the following questions with "yes" for the employment agency to approve an education voucher: Are you unemployed? Are you looking for work? Are you at risk of unemployment? Do you need the training for your professional integration? Do you need the training to secure your job? You can obtain further information from your contact person at the Federal Employment Agency.
What are the requirements for funding under WeGebAU?
The WeGebAU funding program allows employers to receive subsidies for professional development. Eligible for funding are employees in small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) with fewer than 250 employees who are released from work by their employers for the duration of the training; employees without a vocational qualification; or employees with a vocational qualification who have been working in a semi-skilled or unskilled job for at least four years and are no longer able to practice their learned profession; individuals under 45 years of age can receive 50% funding, and those 45 and older can receive 75%. Requirements: The funding must be approved. The training institution must be accredited according to AZAV (Accreditation and Approval Regulation for Employment Promotion). SPEDIFORT meets both requirements. Training courses can be funded if they are conducted within the framework of an existing employment relationship with continued payment of wages. The courses impart skills that are in demand on the labor market.

How much does SPEDIFORT cost?
Our freight forwarding courses are available as individual courses or as a flat rate. This allows you to customize your package to meet your specific needs and adjust the price accordingly. Compared to a dedicated learning management system, we offer approximately 80 percent of the necessary knowledge for 20 percent of the price. Please see our platform for pricing details.
How can one buy forwarding courses?
It's very easy! Go to lms.spedifort.com and select your desired freight forwarding course. Clicking "Add to Cart" will add the course to your shopping cart. After creating your account, you can pay and purchase the freight forwarding course for the specified period using all common payment methods. Once payment is successfully processed, the course will be activated for you immediately. To purchase a flat rate for your company, please contact us directly . These packages are not sold through the online shop but are tailored to your individual needs and customized for you. Of course, you will receive an invoice from us upon completion.
Not all users need all the freight forwarding courses. What do I need to do?
That's no problem. Different forwarding courses can be assigned to each user individually. We'd be happy to handle this for you, or a so-called power user in your company can take care of it.
I have fewer than 20 employees. Do I need to buy a Flat 20 package?
You have complete freedom to choose which logistics courses you want to purchase and for how many employees. However, above a certain number, it's more cost-effective to book a flat rate, regardless of whether you actually reach that number of employees. With our flat-rate packages, we aim to offer you our collective expertise at the best price.
I have more than 250 employees. Are there any other discount options?

What is the difference between a freight forwarding course and a training session?
While freight forwarding courses cover topics in depth for one-off training, briefings serve to regularly inform employees and are therefore rather short. Freight forwarding courses are suitable for personnel who want to familiarize themselves with a new topic (e.g., acquisition).
What topics are taught?
According to Section 12 of the German Occupational Safety and Health Act (ArbSchG), employers must provide their employees with sufficient and appropriate instruction on safety and health at work. This applies not only to all new hires, but also – at least once a year – to all employees on safety-relevant topics (DGUV 100-001 § 4 Instruction of Insured Persons). These include, for example, the use of portable electrical equipment or personal protective equipment.
What is the goal of instruction?
The training aims to ensure that employees recognize operational safety and health hazards and behave correctly for their own protection and the protection of others.
Is there a knowledge test for the training courses?
Yes. Every freight forwarding course, and indeed every training session, concludes with a knowledge test. After all, the employees want to know whether they have understood the information presented.
